Elvia Elviaquez is a woman from room 11.

She is a very sweet and deeply cares for people, she often brings gifts to the others, she seems to be a hopeless romantic too and believes in spirituality.

She lived in the apartments much more time than the others, setting in the year 1994, there she met her husband, they had been together for years until 2002 where her husband would be inevitably assasinated by an unknown force, this would traumatize Elvia, not letting go of the love she had for him, 10 years later, crimson joins the apartments and she falls in love with him instead, looking so similar to her dead husband.
