Anish Mahakali Patel, also known as Maureen, is the landlord and owner of Maureen's Apartments, it's the only one that doesn't have a room of its own and just exists at the offices.

it's a bit complicated what it's personality is, Maureen in it of itself is a mystery, they talk in an extremely formal way, but it's tone overall is calming and soothing, some people say it's a bit creepy

No one knows where Maureen came from either, other than Cynthia, but she wouldn't say nothing about it, the residents suspect that it's from an indian descent and came to America for money
